[RP TownTalk] spam in the name of TownTalk

OK, well, I do apologize. I went to the TownTalk archives and see that
indeed, one msg did come through to the list - obviously (I assume) I must
have inadvertently approved it and I'm sorry for that.   I'm *very* grateful
it was this particular one - if I had to choose one of these to slip
through, this one is fine. Trust me.

FWIW, I see the reason I wasn't aware of it coming through is that my gmail
spam filter caught it, so it never made it to my inbox.  For spam control,
gmail totally rocks.
