[RP TownTalk] Yellow lab on the loose :-(

Neighbors -
I've been fostering dogs for lab rescue, and my latest charge has gotten out of my yard. He is a big yellow lab with a green collar, no tags. I've been calling him Rex, but this isn't a name he knows (I just got him last night). Very friendly.

He looks a lot like Bruce's dog Edgar.
