I asked this question a while back. The summary is that Paul Koko is
Very Swanky and thus Very Expensive. But Very Nice.

I can anti-recommend the tailoring at the dry cleaner next to the My
Organic Market in College Park. I had them do some hemming for me and
half the hems they put in came out after one washing.
