[RP TownTalk] field of dreams

It seems obvious to me that the town should invoke a moratorium on the 
use of the "Field of Dreams" until the issue of who is responsible for 
the proper management and care taking of the field is resolved.

It is quite sad to think Audrey should be the one to take the nets down 
in the interim.
