Regarding the proposed project behind Prince Georgs Plaza.

Ways this will affect Riverdale Park are
1. increased traffic
2.increased residents, people displaced from the Belcrest Apartments moving to Riverdale Park.
3. Increased in problematic situation with ground water. That means our many streams and the Paint Branch will be seriously and negatively affected. It also means home owners located near water could sees long term problems associated with this construction. That means it could negatively affect home owner insurance and property values in Riverdale Park.
