[RP TownTalk] I'll buy it!

Park and planning already owns the majority of the green space in Riverdale 
Park. They could build a place for kid anywhere in the park, including improving 
the buildings they already have in the park. Why do they need our last bit of 
property?
Why would the town even consider selling for such a low price?

Well I was sort of hoping that if
Park & Planning did buy the land 
that Park & Planning would build
us that little Community bldg so the
Youth group & other youth organizations
in town would have a place to work in 
with the kids.  I know we need a place
to call our own for the kids., And 
Riverdale does not have the funds to
build it or maintain it.  Park & Planning
would, We do not need a big community
center but we do need something for our
