[RP TownTalk] Notice about the park

sounds like that might have something to do with  the town council trying to 
sell the last bit of park land the town owns.
Who is park and planning submitting the application too?

I don't know if anybody else on this listserv may have received this notice, but 
I got a letter in the mail from a design firm that MNCPPC has submitted an 
application for a permit to erect a natural turf soccer / football field, 
additional parking, and associated improvements within the regulated flood plain 
of the Northeast Branch.

I don't know how far along in the process they are at this point, and am not 
sure what control (if any) I have over this, but am concerned about what this 
means for my (and the general public's) access to the park.  And am also 
seriously concerned about the drainage (as I'm already in the footprint of the 
100 year flood zone).
