[RP TownTalk] Fire Cheif Ryan and Ed Neilmeyer's idea: TownTalk Digest, Vol 57, Issue 9

Friends and neighbors.  Ed Neilmeyer's idea of a Town collection for Chief
Ryan and his family is excellent.  Perhaps, our officials can suggest a
vehicle for collection; Town Hall?  Please count me in for a donation and
thanks Ed for your sentiments.
