[RP TownTalk] Yard Signs - Again

The ward one Council election is heating up to the same fervor as the 
Mayoral contest in town. Well at least the sign vanishing act is.

The larcenist must be trolling for signs. I last saw my sign (well Mr 
Ebbeler's sign) about 1800 hours and it was reported missing by 2151 
hours. You start talking in military time when filling out police 
reports or watching way to much CSI.

I understand that no effort is being spared searching for the obvious 
culprit in this case, Ebbeler's opponent in the Council election. -- Or 
was that 'no effort is being spent?' I was so traumatize by the 
violation of rights I couldn't be sure.

The good news is that I have been assured that the election will be 
held, as scheduled, Monday, May 2, 2011, 0700hrs to 2000hrs (7 am to 8 
pm) at Town Hall, in spite of efforts to avert the electoral process.

Even my meds don't help understand this.
