I wonder how that would effect deliveries to businesses in town like 
Dumm's, Geppetto Catering, S & J's or those folks north along Rhode 
Island Ave or in Town Center?

Of course there would need to be exceptions for the Fire Department so 
that Ward 1 could continue to get good fire and ambulance service.

Maybe we should make Riverdale Park a gated community. But that might 
force people to cut through Edmonston. Not sure how Guy would like that.

Maybe we could go back to 1967 and close 410. That would reunite the 
town; well except for those people that would have even more traffic in 
front of their homes.

Personally I think you can stand in the way of progress and get left 
behind or plan for the inevitable so it has the least adverse affect and 
the best advantage.

Trying to hold back progress is like yelling at the tide, eventually you 
just get your feet wet.
