[RP TownTalk] CAFRITZ says surface parking is essential to its project

At the meeting of the mayor and council Monday, Nov. 7, in Riverdale Park,  
the Cafritz-Calvert Tract's property owner stated that its agreement with  
Whole Foods mandates a surface parking lot at the front door--along the  
Route 1 side of the development--regardless of the type of zoning  
eventually granted for the parcel.

The developer and Riverdale Park's recently hired planning consultant will  
present information about the project
