[RP TownTalk] Critical Issue for Small Business in Riverdale Park, PLEASE READ

Thanks Bruce, but Park and Planning is required by the MUTC guidelines to
approve all special permits. If the town would like to change the MUTC
guidelines to remove the special permit request for all liquor stores in
the zone then the request should be made by the Town to change the existing
MUTC handbook and overall requirment. I'm sorry, but this is how the law
is written and how the Town established the process with the County years
ago.
