[RP TownTalk] MNCPPC staff recommendation to Approve Cafritz

Thank you Sarah.  Whew, I knew you were the brainiac!  That is  also the 
first thing I thought of when I saw "recommend approval", then I  thought, why 
even go, they already made their decision.  Is Jack Johnson  still in 
office?
