I got a notice today that MNCPPC is "ready to accept" Pete & Sons'
application for a Special Permit for a beer and wine license in their
new location. The letter goes on to say:

"Once the application is fomrally accpeted, it will be scheduled for a
future Planning Board hearing. If you have not already registered to
become a person of record, you are encouraged to do so at this time.
As a person of record, you will receive notice of the Planning Board
hearing date, the technical staff report, and the Planning Board
resolution. You may register on line at
http://www.pgplanning.org/Resources/Person_of_Record.htm."

The application is for "Special Permit Application SP-110004" - Town
Center Market.

This is the most effective way for us to influence the planning
board's decision on the beer and wine license for the new Dumm's
location.
