so right Andy. Besides that we have a wonderful, good sized natural foods market that just opened  recently   - YES!
a few blocks from Cleavland Park circle. Actually just about as far from Town Center in Riverdale Park as Whole Foods will be.

My question is, and excuse my ignorance, do the developers need our approval for building permits or something? I would like to know what you are using to bargain with them, surely it can't just be your patronage to whatever store they put in.
