[RP TownTalk] excellent op-ed piece in The Patch

Dwight Holmes and Michelle Burns describe their vision for the new
Cafritz Development, and give lots of excellent suggestions for how to
restructure the area around Town Center (at Queensbury and Rhode
Island and Maryland Ave) to integrate the development with our
community and tie areas that are currently physically isolated back
into our community.

I LOVE their vision.

I also heartily agree with them about the overpass for the CSX tracks.
I think it would be much better if it went in north of the APS
facility near the WMATA metro property.
