[RP TownTalk] Kudos to PEPCO/Asplundh crews

Watched them do an exceptionallyprofessional job along taylor
and riverdale road. Clean up, pruning and removing, superbly
careful, efficient and professional.

Pretty brave with those buckets tho, man, I would not get in one of
those with all the wires. Thankfully, it was not windy.
