[RP TownTalk] What was this building used for?

Neighbors -

There's an old industrial/office building at the north end of Lafayette
Avenue where it hits Rivertech Court.  Just past the ballfield and right
next to the railroad tracks.  I don't remember it being in use in the 8
years I've been here.  What was it?
