Lou says it well. But I want to add no BRIDGE in first stage, no deal.
Whole Foods is a fine store but it can either wait for the BRIDGE deal to
be included in the initial phase or something better such as Wegmans or
Harris Tweeter comes in its place.

Ask Calvin and Jane Cafritz and their team if they would try to ram through
a plan without a bridge in Montgomery or Fairfax counties.  Remember, it is
the out-of-county developers -- from MoCo, from NW -- who raped and
pillaged this county with three-story "garden" apartments in the '50s and
'60s and have condemned us as "PG County" ever since.

They get it right this time or to hell with them.
