The town crier is not published in January.... at least this year.
We the citizens do need to have clarification regarding the tax issue.
The town council agreeing on the wording of a proposal for a bridge is not enough to go along with rezoning the Cafritz property.
One other issue that is the big megilla   in the room,   is there going to be an investigation of the very strong possibility that the soil and ground water of that property is contaminated with fuel oil?

Am I the only one who has not received the January 2012 Town Crier?
 
On the Cafritz issue.  Has anyone confirmed with CSX that they will allow a bridge, roadway, to be built across their tracks?  What about the proposal from County Executive, Rushon Baker regarding 25 years tax free to the Cafritz family once the property is developed?  Where would Riverdale get the funds to pay for roadways, additional police and schools?
