What a beautiful night for a concert....just bring a blanket or
chairs...purchase food onsite or bring your own picnic basket.


The jazz group Project Natale <http://www.projectnatale.com/> will be
performing at Riversdale<http://riverdalepark.patch.com/listings/riversdale-house-museum>
on
Wednesday, June 27, from 7 to 8 p.m.

"Jazz on the Lawn"<http://riverdalepark.patch.com/articles/riversdale-summer-events-jazz-on-the-lawn-battle-of-bladensburg>occurs
one Wednesday each month during the summer and features a free
concert and refreshments from Calvert House Inn.

Ann Wass, the history and museum specialst for the Riversdale Historical
Society <http://www.riversdale.org/index.html>, says the event typically
sees between 150 and 200 residents who come out with their children and
families to enjoy the music and relax.

"It's a really nice community, neighborhood event," Wass said.
