Legislative Action Items:

 

1.	Motion to authorize the Town Administrator to send a letter to the
Planning Board recommending approval with conditions for 4-11010 Riverdale
Park Subdivision, preliminary plan of subdivision, Property Address 5601
47th Avenue, Applicant Danner Development, represented by Nagy (Ward 3)
2.	Motion to set a meeting for outreach to the Spanish-speaking
community regarding the Town's Youth and Community Wing project.
3.	Motion to adopt Resolution 2012-R- 20  concerning speed hump policy
4.	Motion to reconsider the adoption of 2012-OR-11, to amend the FY 13
budget
5.	Motion to adopt Ordinance 2012-OR-12, concerning an amendment to the
Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) budget 
6.	Motion to approve street closing of Town Center parking lot for
Holiday Market and Festival of Lights from midnight December 14, 2012 to
9:00 p.m. on December 15, 2012
7.	Motion to adopt 2012-R-21, a resolution concerning greater
transparency and paperless governance of Town Council
8.	Motion to introduce charter amendment 2012-CR-03, amending chapter
619 to clarify what is included in the limit of indebtedness
9.	Motion to approve minutes for regular legislative meeting on
November 5, 2012
10.	Motion to approve minutes for special legislative meeting on
November 26, 2012
