[RP TownTalk] Moreland Perkins has died

One of Riverdale Park's former mayors, Moreland Perkins, passed away
earlier this month. This lovely obituary describes his life:

I never met him, but know many town residents who spoke highly of him - he
was clearly a dearly beloved person.
