Actually last year there were two Middle school performing groups, one high school  group and one recent high grad band.
It did rain that day, so maybe you didn't attend?

I also, actually appreciated the detail and the time/effort spent by Jeffrey to engage all who may want to attend. There is never too much publicity. I've seen it in posted in many places. That's a good thing. Perhaps for next year a survey from the town on musical suggestions....personally not a lot speaks to the kids...i have three teens with that opinion. Nevertheless...we will be there with bells on.

Then enjoy the sweet, acoustic sounds of Jeanine Wilson whose band’s latest tune, “Kiss You at Hello” is now available for download from their Wammie-winning “Album of the Year, Wakin’ Up!  Also on the bill is the Sheryl Sears Blues Band, who made their Riverdale Park debut at the Riverdale Park ArtsfFest2012 last May to rave reviews. Closing out the day’s musical acts will be the bluesy sounds of the Dr. S.O. Feel Good Band and Show, a popular DC-based group that plays about 150 dates annually in the east and the Midwest.

Members of various local service organizations including the Riverdale Lions Club and the Riverdale Park Arts Council will also be on hand to familiarize residents with the opportunities they offer.
