[RP TownTalk] white and brown dog on the loose

My next door neighbor has corralled the two dogs in his backyard.  They are spooked and he can't get close to read their tags.  If anyone is missing them, they are at 4802 Ravenswood Road.

In Ward 2, 4700 blocks of Sheridan and Somerset, were two runaway
dogs; clearly partners in their escape. One small, white lhasa type,
the other a larger mottled brown lab type. They both had harnesses and
I could see a red tag on one of them.  I tried to call them but they
only stopped from a moment and wouldn't let me near.  They were
heading eastward towards the park, hopefully on their way home....

Hope the owner finds them soon.
