[RP TownTalk] residential burglaries during daytime hours

More information - apparently there have been a number of burglaries in
University Park. One of the police officers asked a town resident if she
had "noticed any white vans with tinted windows that looked suspicious."
 So keep a particular eye out for that. And any other suspicious behavior.
