Meditation classes and Retreat at

Beginning this October, Yoga Space will offer a six-week class and six hour
retreat in meditation.  Regardless of whether you are experienced in 
meditation,
or have never done it before, this class  will help you learn the  
"whats",  "whys", and "hows."

*Thursday, October 4 - November 8,  2012,  7:00 - 8pm (6 weeks). *
You will learn traditional meditation, and other forms such as
walking meditation & mindfulness  meditation. A workbook will be provided.

*Saturday, November 10, 2012, 9 am- 4pm*
A seven hour Retreat 6 hours of yoga and various meditations, all done 
in silence.
A vegetarian lunch will be served.
