[RP TownTalk] party weekend

While I'm not free to discuss details, the owner of the house most
certainly was cited! This was intolerable and we plan to make certain that
this matter is pressed to the fullest extent of the law. This was not a
party, this was a public nuisance and will not be tollerated.
