[RP TownTalk] Accessible playground

Attenuating a report on NPR and researching this matter on their website, I
am convinced that we as a town should consider developing an accessible
playground. It would probably help to know how many kids are nearby who
would use it but the closest one is at least 5 miles away. Anyone
interested in spearheading this project?
