Join the Hyattsville Elementary School PTA for a Franklins fundraiser like no other Franklins fundraiser. Why is this Franklins fundraiser like no other Franklins fundraiser? Because it's on Tuesday, December 10, which happens to be the date on which, in 1830, Emily Dickinson was born. If still alive, Dickinson would be 183 years old come Tuesday. She'd also probably be incredibly frightening looking. Anyway, at this fundraiser, Carter Ross will be reciting Dickinson's poetry at the bar. 

So, please join us at Franklins Restaurant and Brewery (5121 Baltimore Avenue, Hyattsville), Tuesday December 10, all day long!

Grab some food, enjoy a pint, and get some thoughtful and fun gifts for your friends in the general store, but be sure to mention the HES-PTA fundraiser to the host/hostess or store cashier and Franklins will generously donate a percentage of the check to HES-PTA.

And, don't forget, Carter Ross will be reciting Dickinson's poetry!
