The letter that Joe and Kate Kelly wrote was very informative and accurate
on its core tenets.  As a sitting elected official, I urge anyone available
tonight, to come to the meeting and make your voice and opinion heard.  If
you cannot attend please email mayor and Council so we know what your
thoughts are.

There are some substantial deficiencies and variances from the covenant
conditions that the three municipalities (RP/UP/CP) fought long and hard for
a year ago.  Some of the deficiencies, I suspect, will be met in the coming
days; others will be incredibly difficult for the applicant to meet.  To not
meet conditions that all parties agreed to begs the question of 'what's
next?'  It is up to the municipalities to evaluate the variances to
determine if they are substantial enough to warrant moving forward or too
egregiously deficient to support approval.  This is one meeting that I
strongly urge the public to attend and to speak at.
