I'm sorry Audrey I believe you may have miss interpreted my last post.

You obviously want to add your voice to fixing this real problem. I 
though that a little history of that short street and what has been 
tried in the passed to fix/alleviate the problem would give you a head 
start and avoid you trying again some things that have been tried before.

I'm all for any new idea, short of a RPG, to try to resolve the cut 
through traffic.
