Hello fellow citizens of Riverdale,

The appeal of the re-zoning of the Cafritz parcel in Riverdale (on Route
1),  currently 38 aces of undeveloped (88% wooded) property,to a very
dense, nearly totally paved mixed use town center, will be heard Wednesday
the 19th at 9 am, in the Circuit Court for the county, on 14735 Main
street, Upper Marlboro.  It will take place in Judge Alves' courtroom.
Five hours have been set aside for this hearing.
We will try to get carpools going.
