Jey did not present at M-U-TC this week.  He was supposed to come back to the committee with a set of requested documents but the committee did not received anything and Jey did not request to come before us in March.

I did attend an RPBA meeting Wednesday in which he was there with his attorney and reported that he is no longer pursuing a Dunkin Donuts but wants to put in a convenience store instead. It was reported that he has renderings but they have not been provided.  

The M-U-TC meeting was for Douglas Development. They needed committee approval for their proposed screening of their high pressure gas line being brought into the building as they continue to prep the site for full utilities in advance of tenant build-outs
