[RP TownTalk] Riverdale Road Park

As I said, give the team a few months and I am sure that your questions will be answered--maybe even in less time.  The legislation that needs to be passed for the County Executive to play a greater role in the school system is not relevant to the playground.  Moreover, parts of the playground can proceed even if questions do arise.
