Is there a reason why the Town Administrator has not posted copies of 
Ordinances that have been introduced and waiting for the Town Council to 
take action.

I am reading the April Town Crier and two summary notices were published 
with very little information.  The notice states that you need to go to 
the Town Hall to read the complete Ordinance.


Ordinance 2013-OR-02 is available for inspection by the public at Town 
Hall during normal business
hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

and

Ordinance 2013-OR-03 is available for inspection by the public at Town 
Hall during normal business
hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.


What is the Town trying to hide?
