[RP TownTalk] Cafritz Update

Friends and Neighbors -

Last week the District Council (the name the County Council takes when deciding zoning/land use matters) voted 8-0 to approve with conditions the Detailed Site Plan for the Cafritz Property/Whole Foods development.  With this final approval, the Cafritz team can start pulling their grading and other permits in early November putting a Whole Foods opening in early 2015.
