The motion to disapprove along with the conditions for the disapproval is attached.  The motion passed unanimously tonight.  There were over 50 design standards deemed out of compliance predicating a disapproval for the application for the 7-11 build-out.
The applicant now has the right to appeal the decision to the planning board via the Special Permit Process.  The Planning Board will have to return a super majority vote in favor of the application to overturn the M-U-TC committee's recommendation of denial.
The Special Permit will also come to Town Council as well as surrounding municipalities of at least University Park, College Park, and Hyattsville.
