If you google Rapid Permit Service you will be directed to our web site at Rapid Permit Service, Inc. There is clear information of our address at 7711 Garrison Road, Landover Hills MD 20784 and a profile of all the employees who work here. There never has been a Hyattsville location. We are right off Route 450, four miles from Hyattsville. We have been at this location since April1990 and have been incorporated since August 1992. Anyone from the Town that would like to verify where I conduct business is welcome to stop by or call our office (301-731-4767). 

It is unfortunate that Dun & Bradstreet, although well known and used in the business industry for credit reliability, is not reliable with information that is over twenty years old.  The D&B records have been corrected.  Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Regarding the code violation, I called the Town Manager on February 6, and am waiting for a return call.  I will explain the information as provided above and request they correct their records and withdraw the code violation issued in error. 

This clarifies the Rapid Permit Service Inc. business location.  I believe we can put this issue to rest.
