Thanks for being a safe haven for him. Can you give a description of him? Or post "found" signs for him in the neighborhood?

If you snap me a picture (email it or text it to me), I would be happy to make FOUND posters and help put them up around town and post him on social media.

My contact info is below.

At about 11:30 on July 1st, a dog came running into the station. He has no
collar and we do not know where he belongs. If you are missing him please
contact The Riverdale Fire Department at 301-883-7707.

So I've managed to do one thing I never thought possible: I inadvertantly
eradicated all the mint in my backyard garden. ?Does anyone on this board have a
mint plant or two that they could spare? ?My juleps just aren't the same! Well,
my tea, too.

Thanks,
Todd

Friends and neighbors,

This evening at 8 PM Police Chief David Morris will be holding a briefing
for any neighbors who are interested in getting details on the state of the
investigation and police response to the several break ins that have
occurred in Ward 2 over the last several weeks (the area in question is
approximately the area north of East-West Highway, east of the railroad,
and west of Riverdale Community Park). The briefing will be held at Town
Center Market.

Also, PLEASE call in anything suspicious immediately! It is clear that at
least one of the attempted break-ins was witnessed and the subject might
well have been apprehended if the call to the police had been made
immediately.

Thanks and best wishes,

Vern

*1. Peach origins*: The fuzzy peach is actually a member of the rose family
and originated in China.

*2*. *Peaches on the Silk Road*: The peach?s scientific name, *Prunus

Silk Road.

*3. Peach varieties*: You can buy two main varieties of peaches:
*clingstone* (the flesh sticks to the stone) and *freestone* (the stone is
easily separated from the flesh).

*4. Peach colors:* The peach can have yellow or white flesh, which is
sweeter and less acidic than its more traditional golden counterpart.

*5. Top peach growers*: China is the largest producer of peaches, followed
by Italy.

*6. Peach nutrition*: A large peach has fewer than 70 calories and contains
3 grams of fiber. It?s also a good source of vitamins A and C.

every year in Georgia, which is known as the Peach State. That cobbler
measures 11 feet by 5 feet.

For tomorrow's listening pleasure: we welcome Jacob Panic! Jacob Panic is a
singer-songwriter/banjo dude from Baltimore, MD. His new album "Pop-Grass"
introduces a new genre of music to the world, combining power-pop and
bluegrass music (Pop-Grass). Pop-Grass was written, produced and performed
by Jacob Panic.

Important Notices:

Food safety notice: Due to a preponderance of evidence and our county's
health department regulations, dogs are no longer welcome at
the farmers market. We regret the loss but hope that our dog owning
customers will forgive us for this change.

Important note about parking: only parallel parking is allowed on Maryland
Ave (the road that passes under East-West Highway) -- please do not park in
any other manner.
