[RP TownTalk] Black dog running loose

The border collie/spaniel type (not the Somerset labs) is still running loose. Male, no leash or apparent collar, black with white on muzzle, medium length hair, long tail. I spent a good long while trying to catch him with treats but he wouldn't let me get close to him to show him I meant well. He seems to be hanging out in the neighborhood between the Riverdale Market and Field Dreams.

Could  be the black labs that live on the corner of Somerset and 49th.  They are quite often out.  Jump the fence a lot.
