[RP TownTalk] Fwd: Black dog running loose

Del was walking Max this morning and the
black shaggy dog was still loose.  The dog
was guarding a trash bag probably with food
in it (he must be awful hungry by now) ..
when Del tried to pass with Max - the 2 dogs
were ready to fight probably due to the bag
with food - Del is on chemo and did not 
want to be bitten.  He called animal control
and they said they would come take a look.
