[RP TownTalk] Question about Trash Pickup

Thanks Mayor, and Dwight!
Just making folks aware usually addresses the issue in my experience.
I have to say our public works shop does a great job! I like the idea of 
them being the point of contact, I think you have mentioned that before, 
but I forgot.
