[RP TownTalk] Question about Trash Pickup

While I'm very willing to satisfy Bob's curiosity, I sincerely hope anyone
who's trash is not picked up is first and foremost contacting Public Works
and or your council-member or myself so that we know of ALL service
failures.  Based on the information I have, service has markedly improved
over the last year as we made Bates aware last summer that we were
seriously considering moving to another vender.
