[RP TownTalk] anybody hearing gun shots tonight?

Hi all,

My guess is its Mexican or Central American independence  day celebrations we are hearing. I heard what was almost certainty was fireworks last night. Will crescendo tonight and tomorrow.

By the way St Bernard's and the Mexican Embassy is having a celebration at the church today from noon to 8 PM.  All are welcome and a bit of inter cultural exchange can be a lot of fun. I'm going after a visit to the Hyattsville Arts Fest. Let's not let a little rain ruin the weekend! Feliz fin de semana!
