[RP TownTalk] 1988 article about our town

Wow! That's a stinging indictment....  I just looked up who the mayor was
in 1988 - Moreland Perkins served (1987-1988); Edna Wade (1988-1989).

I didn't look very hard, but couldn't find out who the council was during
that period....  Would love to know more of the history!
