[RP TownTalk] Fwd: PEPCO and tree removal

I came home one day and found a tree planted in the "county" area between sidewalk and curb. Not only is it super low underneath still after years but you can't park under it if you have a passenger getting out of the car. It's like a dwarf maple with ugly little bunches of "helicopters". But thanks for the opportunity to vent. Goodbye
