[RP TownTalk] Closing of the UMD parking lot-clarification?

Most of the road in that section won't be impacted - the current roundabout
at Haig/River Road/University Research Court will be reconfigured, and the
tracks cross Kenilworth at the intersection with River Road, but the tracks
run south of River Road for most of that section.  I *believe* that the
tracks are on-road between the entrance to UMd and the College Park Metro
(but haven't worried too much about that as it isn't in our town).
