[RP TownTalk] Closing of the UMD parking lot-clarification?

The lots at the bottom of the map (at least the six lots on the
left-hand/west side) *are* the Field of Dreams (they were lots that the
Town acquired at some point for some reason, I don't know the history).
They will remain a park in the future.
