[RP TownTalk] Metro Update: February 27-March 1 Green Line Station Closure; Red, Blue, Orange & Yellow Line Single Tracking

Reconstruction of the Metrorail system will continue over the weekend of
February 27-March 1. 

 

Weekend highlights include:

 

cid:image002.png at 01CFC13D.52F27160  Buses will replace Green Line trains at
the Greenbelt station only beginning at 12:01 a.m. Saturday through closing
Sunday. Greenbelt station will be closed. Riders using shuttle bus service
should allow 15 minutes additional travel time. Green Line trains will
operate at normal weekend intervals between College Park and Branch Ave.

minutes throughout the weekend due to single tracking.

throughout the weekend due to single tracking.

 

orange-dot.png  Orange Line will operate every 20 minutes throughout the
weekend due to single tracking.

minutes throughout the weekend between Huntington and Mt Vernon Sq only due
to single tracking.
